Dr. Falon Perrin is a board-certified physician specializing in integrative medicine and medical weight loss. She founded Kind Health after years in traditional medicine, where patients were too often rushed through appointments and treated for symptoms rather than causes. Her approach is the opposite: time to listen, thorough testing, and a care plan built around the whole person. Dr. Perrin sees patients at both the Chalmette and Thibodaux locations.

Catherine Bonneval is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and injector at Kind Health. A Houma native, she earned her BSN and MSN from Nicholls State University and began her career in emergency medicine, where she saw how often chronic conditions could have been caught earlier. That shaped how she practices today: every treatment with intention, and a philosophy of helping patients look well, feel well, and age well. Catherine sees patients at both the Chalmette and Thibodaux locations.

Tonya Mohler joined Kind Health after starting out as one of Dr. Perrin's patients, and has been part of the team for the past year. Originally from Alabama, she has called South Louisiana home for 17 years, and shares her own weight-loss journey with the patients she meets — often the encouragement someone needs to start their own. Outside the office, she and her husband of 37 years are enjoying their three grown children and preparing to welcome their first grandchild.
